WELCOME TO WAITROSE

 

Waitrose of Upminster opened its doors on Thursday 28 th May to much acclaim from local shoppers. The new mayor of Havering, Cllr Roger Ramsey, was a guest of honour for the opening.

 

 

 

The former Somerfield store was originally acquired by the Co-op group and formed part of a deal which saw Waitrose purchase 13 stores across the country.
