RETIREMENT VILLAGE IN MOOR LANE

PUBLIC MEETING 8 TH SEPTEMBER (7.30pm)

A further planning application (P0989.10) has been received by the Council for the establishment of retirement village on green belt land at the end of Moor Lane (North of Moor Lane Church).

The application seeks to erect a continuing care retirement community comprising of 36 care bedrooms, 27 apartments, 68 assisted living apartments and associated communal facilities, car parking, landscaping and infrastructure works.

Your Residents' Association councillors have arranged a public meeting to discuss this application on Wednesday 8 th September 2010 (7.30pm) at Moor Lane Church Hall, Moor Lane .

Please note that comments/objections to this proposal need to be lodged with the Council by 13 th September 2010.
