RETIREMENT VILLAGE IN CRANHAM?

THE RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION WILL BE HOLDING A PUBLIC MEETING TO BE HELD ON 21st MAY (7.30pm) AT MOOR LANE CHURCH - ALL WELCOME.

An outline planning application (P0603.09) has been received by the Council for the establishment of retirement village on green belt land at the end of Moor Lane, (North of Moor Lane Church), Cranham.

The application seeks to erect a continuing care retirement community comprising 52 independent living units, 60 assisted living units and 60 extra care units of accommodation, associated communal facilities, car parking, landscaping and infrastructure works.

Cranham Residents' Association councillors are co-ordinating a community forum to deal with this matter – details to follow.
