This year has seen Cranham Village and Avon Road ablaze with colour and bloom. The Cranham Friends' Association, which is chaired by Vivienne Miles, has initiated numerous community events throughout the year to raise the cash to pay for the tubs, troughs and plants. Working in conjunction with Havering Council, local Residents' Association councillors, residents and shopkeepers the efforts have certainly paid off as Cranham has become a resplendent array of colour, vibrancy and flora.
The Cranham Friends' Association have organised the 'flower power' display over a number of years and are also responsible for the Cranham at Christmas celebrations.
Well done to all concerned in making the community a better and happier place to live and work.
