"Heritage" bus service X55 will operate on the last Saturday in August (28th), between Lakeside and Upminster station, serving all existing bus stops along the route.  Services will depart from Upminster Station at 09:05 and then every 30  Minutes until 18:05. Arrivals at Upminster Station will begin at 10.34 and then every 30 minutes until 19:34.
 
A "Heritage" Bus service X81 will run from Shenfield station and Bluewater on the same day stopping along Clay Tye Road and Ockendon Road within Havering. Services will run every 30 minutes from Shenfield station.
 
These services will be operated by Ensign Bus Company Limited and will use "old style" London Buses which will give members of the public an opportunity to see and use old Routemaster Buses in operation.
 
The buses used will be from the 1940's onwards. Vintage single deck vehicles  will operate on the X81 service and  vintage double deck buses will be used on the X55.
