HERITAGE IN HAVERING BOOKLET LAUNCHED

Havering's history and wealth of interesting historical buildings is celebrated with the publication of a new Heritage in Havering booklet. There are featured buildings and locations all over the borough - just right for a day out during the Summer months. The printed version is available from Council libraries, or you can view and download it from this or the council website.

Havering has a great many sites of heritage interest but, due in part to the large size of the borough, sites appear to be few and far between. Many sites are of special interest to local areas, reflecting the development of a village, town or agricultural settlement.
